How prepared is your organisation to respond when integrity risk, psychosocial harm and whistleblowing concerns overlap?
The workshop will explore practical issues that sit across integrity controls, people risk, workplace culture and trusted reporting pathways. Participants will consider how to respond well, protect people, build confidence in speak-up systems and reduce the risk of poor handling escalating the issue.

In this morning workshop, we will explore:
- Anti-bribery and corruption: how bribery and corruption risks can arise in everyday business dealings, including recent changes to Australian law and why these risks require strong governance, culture and decision-making practices.
- Integrity controls and complex supply chains: practical considerations for organisations operating in mining, energy, defence and related sectors where third-party relationships, operational pressure and supply chain complexity can create heightened risk.
- Trauma-informed psychosocial safety: how to respond more safely, clearly and effectively when people raise difficult issues, including the distinction between psychological safety, psychosocial safety and the safety gap.
- Interactive exploration using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®: a facilitated activity to explore uncertainty, change, conflict and the conditions that support safer conversations and better organisational responses.
- Whistleblowing frameworks and trusted reporting pathways: what whistleblowing is, why it matters, key features of Australian private sector whistleblowing law and how organisations can handle concerns lawfully, sensitively and confidently.
