Allied Credit needed to ensure that their staff of around 300 people, and their Australia-wide network of partner firms (dealerships, importers, brokers – currently around 1800 individuals) were prepared to comply with Australia’s strict, detailed, and at times, complicated, financial services laws and regulations.

Psychosocial hazards training was a course that we had wanted to develop for some time. Everyone has a responsibility to address psychosocial hazards – we had already updated our existing Work Health and Safety course to reflect the inclusion of psychosocial hazards, but we believed that there was a further need to demystify the concept.
