Managing sensitive announcements

A company that issues securities that are listed on Australian financial markets has the obligation to disclose any information that is likely to affect the price of the securities or influence investment decisions. Salt Continuous Disclosure discusses the duties and obligations that both employers and employees have when dealing with sensitive market information. Continuous disclosure is essential to the integrity and efficiency of Australian financial markets and is rigorously enforced by both the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

As with all Salt courses, this training is designed to cater for a diverse audience and different levels of staff. Therefore we have developed a generic module that is aimed at employees and one that is suitable for senior management.  

Module 1:	Continuous disclosure obligations (all employees)
Module 2:	Continuous disclosure obligations (senior management)
