GRC Solutions recently conducted an effective and engaging bullying and harassment training session for all staff at Edward River Council. Led by Sophie, the trainer, the session was well-received by employees, who appreciated her knowledge and ability to keep everyone actively participating.
The training was especially valuable as it had not been held for several years, and Sophie highlighted important legislative updates and provided clear guidance on acceptable workplace behaviours. This session reinforced a strong understanding of what is and isn’t permitted in the workplace, contributing to a positive and informed workplace culture.
ERC would highly recommend this training and we look forward to continuing to work with GRC Solutions into the future.
