Kimberly Randle

Kimberly Randle, founder and CEO of FairSupply, is an experienced and innovative human rights advocate specialising in modern slavery. Kimberly has over 15 years experience working in law and human rights for top tier firms in Australia and the United States, previously holding the role of Senior Director of Corporate and Legal for International Justice Mission Australia. Kimberly is a sought-after expert and speaker in the field of modern slavery and has been called upon to provide evidence for both the NSW and Commonwealth Parliamentary Inquiries into Human Trafficking.

Fiona David, CEO and Founder, Fair Futures

Fiona is CEO and founder of Fair Futures, specialists in the “S” in ESG. As a globally renowned executive, lawyer and researcher, Fiona has an impressive track record of driving human rights outcomes through evidence-led collaborations with government, intergovernmental organisations and business. Career highlights include creating the Walk Free Global Slavery Index, brokering multi-stakeholder partnerships to generate the UN Global Estimates of Modern Slavery, and influencing the passage of the Modern Slavery Act in the UK and Australia.

Fiona holds various board roles, including as a Non-Executive Director of the Coolaroo Foundation, ACCESS-NRI (Australia’s weather and climate systems simulator), and as Alternate to Nicola Forrest, on the Forrest Research Foundation Board of Governors. Fiona is a Member of Chief Executive Women.

Kate Donnelly, Manager, Corporate Engagement at Investor Group on Climate Change

Kate’s focus is mostly on IGCC’s corporate engagement work through Climate Action 100+ and their just transition theme.

She has previously worked on international climate policy and negotiations under the UNFCCC and with an institutional investor in Australia on TCFD aligned reporting, portfolio target setting, and company engagement towards stronger climate-related disclosures and emission reduction strategies.

Kate has also worked on women’s rights and community development projects in regional Queensland, Fiji and Tuvalu. She has a breadth of experience in program management, organisational partnerships, research, policy and advocacy.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws from QUT and a Masters of Climate Change at ANU, covering climate science, energy and environmental economics, and climate policy.

Adrian Phoon

Adrian Phoon, (he/him) is Head of Content at GRC Solutions, where he works with in-house researchers, writers, designers and lawyers to develop regulatory compliance e-learning and face-to-face workshops.

He is a former Co-Chair of Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras and was a board member of Sydney WorldPride, an international LGBTQI+ event that took place in 2023, celebrating diversity while shining a light on human rights issues across the Asia Pacific and the world.
