The object of this two-module course is not to qualify learners as professional change managers. Instead it is intended to:
The first module introduces the requirements for a successful change management project; the second focuses on what is required in successfully supporting people – particularly staff – affected by a change project.
The lesson provides scenarios on issues that may arise when managing change. It also offers a number of historical cases that illustrate the subject matter of the course.
