GRC Solutions’ Free Webinar: Empowering Your L&D Team with Data

April 18 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm AEST

L&D teams and compliance staff face some common questions: what is the ROI on mandatory workplace learning? How can we demonstrate the effectiveness of our compliance training?

Here’s what L&D professionals tell us every day

  • They feel siloed from major decisions within their organisations.
  • They see other functions using data to support the business but don’t know how to mobilise their own data effectively.
  • They believe L&D as a discipline lacks data maturity in general.

Today’s work revolves around using data to support organisational decision-making. Compliance training can play a vital role in mobilising data that can mitigate risk and empowering workforces in the skills-based economy. But you need to know what that data is, and how to tell the right story around it.

In this free webinar, GRC Solutions’ Chief Technology Officer, Joe Bennett, and Head of Content, Adrian Phoon will discuss using learning data to

  • assess an organisation’s risk profile
  • promote internal mobility/talent agility
  • foster useful insights into organisational culture
  • help L&D promote organisational growth, innovation, recruitment and retention
  • escalate information about your organisation’s risk profile and culture to the board

Join us to hear our insights on how you can set up your organisation for success with data

Free Research Paper: How LMS analytics data can help your business

Our speaker, Adrian Phoon, writes:

The current push for Big Data has placed a significant burden on teams not only to produce more data but also to create more tools and resources for analysing data. Some people are exposed to this burden more than others. While HR, risk and compliance are under pressure to coordinate a vast proliferation of employee engagement and regulatory data, L&D professionals may wonder whether they have something to offer at all. Indeed, L&D may feel siloed from these conversations about data, if only because the discipline of developing learning programs and training curricula is not traditionally known to focus on or yield data – at least, not the kinds of data that typically reinforce organisational capability or resilience.
But what if L&D already had access to data that can complement the ongoing work of HR, risk and compliance?
In the race to churn and learn from data, it is time to rethink the role that Learning Management Systems (LMSs) play in today’s workplaces and understand what exactly they do and what more they can provide

People who register for this webinar will be able to download Adrian’s important research paper.
