GRC Solutions has today announced that it has completed the acquisition of HR Advice Online (HRAOL), a specialist HR advisory firm based in Melbourne.
HRAOL brings deep expertise in employment relations, workplace investigations, Fair Work compliance and HR advisory services. The Acquisition enhances GRC Solutions’ capability, expanding our offering beyond compliance training and the Salt Compliance LMS into practical, hands-on people advisory services.
Importantly, HRAOL will continue to operate and serve its clients under the GRC Solutions umbrella. There is no change to products or services for clients of either organisation, and no disruption to service delivery.
